AC Gain Analysis of CNTFET Amplifier
Conducted detailed AC gain analysis of a Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (CNTFET) based amplifier, exploring the benefits of CNT-based transistors over conventional CMOS technology in terms of speed, power, and gain bandwidth product.
Used Stanford University CNTFET SPICE models to simulate single-stage and multi-stage amplifier configurations, analyzing frequency response, gain flatness, and phase margin.
Demonstrated that CNTFET amplifiers can achieve superior AC performance at scaled geometries, making them promising candidates for next-generation high-frequency analog applications in the sub-10nm regime.
